No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide high-quality matches based on compatibility, we cannot guarantee that you will find a partner or that any introduction will lead to a relationship. Matchmaking success depends on many factors beyond our control.

Member Conduct

As a member of our network, you agree to:

• Treat all members, staff, and matchmakers with respect and courtesy
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of other members' information
• Attend scheduled introductions and events as agreed
• Provide honest feedback about your experiences
• Not harass, stalk, or intimidate any member

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use our services for any commercial purpose
• Share login credentials or membership access with others
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or relationship status
• Engage in any illegal or harmful activities
• Attempt to contact members outside of approved channels
• Share confidential information about other members

Fees and Payment

Membership fees are disclosed during the consultation process and must be paid according to the agreed schedule. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, though any changes will not affect existing paid memberships.

Confidentiality

We take confidentiality seriously. All consultations, member information, and match details are kept strictly confidential. Members are also required to maintain confidentiality regarding other members they meet through our network.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for violations of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Engaging in inappropriate or harmful behavior
• Violating the privacy or rights of other members
• Failure to pay agreed fees

Limitation of Liability

FNP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding any claim.

Disclaimer

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of member information, the success of any match, or the behavior of other members. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting others.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify members of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
